Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 6 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 8 ounce(s) white American cheese
  • 6 - beaten eggs
  • 6 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 4 cup(s) small curd cottage cheese
  • 3 - packages of frozen spinach

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350. Cut butter and cheese into 1/4 inch cubes. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl beat eggs lightly. Add flour, cottage cheese, butter, and American cheese. You can add a pinch of salt & pepper, but I normally don't. Defrost the frozen spinach, and do your best to remove and squeeze out most of the water. Add to mixture and mix well.
  • Place in a greased ovenproof dish (I use a large ovenproof round Pyrex bowl). Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Serve hot.
