Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint oil or peppermint extract (edible)
  • pinch of himalayan salt

Instruction

  • Melt coconut butter and chocolate chips.
  • Mix peppermint oil into chocolate.
  • Pour coconut butter on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Pour melted chocolate on top of coconut butter. Use a knife to make designs in the coconut butter and chocolate mixture.
  • Sprinkle with salt on top.
  • Place in freezer to harden for 30 minutes or more.
