Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 c Confectioners sugar
  • 2 tb Cocoa
  • 2 1/2 c vanilla wafers Crushed
  • 1 c pecans Finely chopped
  • 2 ts Vanilla
  • 3 tb Light corn syrup
  • 3 tb Rum
  • 1/4 ts Almond extract
  • Granulated sugar for outside coating

Instruction

  • 1. Sift cocoa and confectioners sugar together and combine with cookie crumbs and pecans. 2. Add corn syrup, rum and flavorings. Roll into 1" balls, and then roll in granulated sugar. 3.
