Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup Cognac either VS or VSOP
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (tips & tricks)
  • 8 extra large ice cubes
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) cold Prosecco Sparkling wine or Champagne
  • 1 small (222 ml) can Sprite® or 7Up®

Instruction

  • To a large pitcher, add orange juice, pineapple juice, Cognac, and simple syrup. Give a good stir and transfer to the fridge for 24 hours.
  • The next day, add very large ice cubes to a punch bowl. Pour in the chilled orange juice mixture followed by Champagne and Sprite.
  • Stir well and serve immediately
