Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- <b>For the mix</b>
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup white chocolate chips<br>
- <b>To prepare</b>
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (10 tablespoons), melted
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- <strong> For the mix:</strong><br />Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl.
- Spoon into a 1-quart jar.
- Add the remaining mix ingredients in layers, pressing down lightly on each before adding the next. Seal jar.
- <strong>To prepare:</strong><br />Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Pour cookie mix into a large bowl and stir in whisked egg and melted butter to combine.
- Drop cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets by rounded tablespoons, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.
- Bake until edges are just golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool cookies on baking sheets for 5 minutes and then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
