Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups holiday nog
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 2 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin (one pouch)
- pinch of salt
- fresh nutmeg for serving (optional)
Instruction
- Pour the cream in a small saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over the top and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Gently heat the cream until the gelatin dissolves.
- Turn off the heat and whisk in the holiday nog and a pinch of salt.
- Pour 1/2 cup servings into individual glasses, jars, or cups.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.
- Garnish with a little nutmeg at serving (optional.)
