Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups holiday nog
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin (one pouch)
  • pinch of salt
  • fresh nutmeg for serving (optional)

Instruction

  • Pour the cream in a small saucepan.  Sprinkle the gelatin over the top and let sit for 5 minutes. 
  • Gently heat the cream until the gelatin dissolves. 
  • Turn off the heat and whisk in the holiday nog and a pinch of salt. 
  • Pour 1/2 cup servings into individual glasses, jars, or cups. 
  • Chill for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight. 
  • Garnish with a little nutmeg at serving (optional.)
