Ingredients
The following ingredients have 36 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup butter, (softened)
- 3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup candy sprinkles or sugar sprinkles, (colour of choice)
Instruction
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.
- Add the flour and cornstarch to a mixing bowl and whisk to blend. Set aside.
- Cream together the butter and the confectioner’s sugar until fluffy. Add salt and mix together.
- Add the flour and cornstarch mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Use your hand to knead the ingredients together. The dough will be light but will clump together.
- Roll the dough into balls and roll the balls into the candy or sugar sprinkles. Set on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and transfer the cookies to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
