Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 2 - 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Optional: 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Add enough eggnog to make it a glaze (1-4 tablespoons depending on thickness wanted)
- Optional: Add a handful of cranberries and pecans on top if you desire.
