Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 100 g cooked turkey
  • 2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 3 spring onions
  • low calorie cooking spray

Instruction

  • Shred the cooked turkey and sprinkle with the Chinese five spice. Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and cook on a high heat for around 5 minutes or until crisp.
  • Chop the cucumber into 4 pieces and then halve lengthways. Scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Slice the spring onions into slithers.
  • Into the cucumber cups, place a drizzle of hoisin sauce, the crispy turkey and top with the spring onions. Serve warm or cold!
