Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 whole cucumber
- 100 g cooked turkey
- 2 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 spring onions
- low calorie cooking spray
Instruction
- Shred the cooked turkey and sprinkle with the Chinese five spice. Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and cook on a high heat for around 5 minutes or until crisp.
- Chop the cucumber into 4 pieces and then halve lengthways. Scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Slice the spring onions into slithers.
- Into the cucumber cups, place a drizzle of hoisin sauce, the crispy turkey and top with the spring onions. Serve warm or cold!
