  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet
  • 1-2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 large sweet pepper
  • 1 small broccoli crown ((about 1/2 pound), cut into florets)
  • 1/4 medium cauliflower ((about 1/2 pound), cut into florets)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion (chopped (for garnish))
