- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet
- 1-2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 large sweet pepper
- 1 small broccoli crown ((about 1/2 pound), cut into florets)
- 1/4 medium cauliflower ((about 1/2 pound), cut into florets)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 green onion (chopped (for garnish))
