Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 sticks butter (1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat on medium speed, butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and corn syrup together until creamy.
  • Beat eggs into wet mixture, one egg at a time.
  • Gradually add flour a little at a time until all the flour mixture is mixed well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Spoon into mini cake pans from RachaelRay® until level with pan.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes or until edges are brown.
  • Remove from oven and let set for a couple minutes, then remove from pan and place on wire rack to cool.
