Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter (1 cup)
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat on medium speed, butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and corn syrup together until creamy.
- Beat eggs into wet mixture, one egg at a time.
- Gradually add flour a little at a time until all the flour mixture is mixed well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Spoon into mini cake pans from RachaelRay® until level with pan.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until edges are brown.
- Remove from oven and let set for a couple minutes, then remove from pan and place on wire rack to cool.
