Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 5 ounce container of greek coconut yogurt (I like Trader Joe's or Siggi's, but any will work)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other non dairy milk)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used whey)
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- optional toppings - banana (dark chocolate, coconut flakes, etc...)
Instruction
- Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Let sit overnight or for 12 hours (in the refrigerator) to let chia seeds swell and create the chia pudding texture.
- Top with desired toppings and devour!
