Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 5 ounce container of greek coconut yogurt (I like Trader Joe's or Siggi's, but any will work)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other non dairy milk)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used whey)
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • optional toppings - banana (dark chocolate, coconut flakes, etc...)

Instruction

  • Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Let sit overnight or for 12 hours (in the refrigerator) to let chia seeds swell and create the chia pudding texture.
  • Top with desired toppings and devour!
