Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon hibiscus flowers
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 -2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instruction

  • Boil water. Turn off heat and add hibiscus flowers. Let steep 10-15 minutes. Strain and let cool.
  • Add lemon juice and maple syrup.
  • Add chia seeds. Let sit 10-15 minutes so that chia seeds get gelatinous.
