Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon hibiscus flowers
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 -2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instruction
- Boil water. Turn off heat and add hibiscus flowers. Let steep 10-15 minutes. Strain and let cool.
- Add lemon juice and maple syrup.
- Add chia seeds. Let sit 10-15 minutes so that chia seeds get gelatinous.
