  • 1 tsp hibachi cooking oil
  • 16 oz NY strip or sirloin steak ((cut into 1 inch bite size cubes))
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch each, salt & pepper ((more or less, to taste))
  • 1 tsp hibachi cooking oil
  • 24 oz shrimp ((large, peeled and deveined))
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley ((chopped))
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt ((more or less, to taste))
