Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.667 cups Long grain rice
  • 8 lamb chops (ready to cook, 90 g each with bones)
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsps lemon juice
  • rosemary (tips)
  • mint (to garnish)

Instruction

  • Cook the rice in 800 ml of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain if necessary.
  • Fry the meat in a hot pan for 2 min on each side. Add the garlic and the rosemary sprig. Season with salt, ground black pepper and lemon zest and remove the meat from the pan.
  • Season the rice with lemon juice and arrange on preheated plates. Place the chops on top of the rice and serve garnished with rosemary tips and mint leaves.
