Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.667 cups Long grain rice
- 8 lamb chops (ready to cook, 90 g each with bones)
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- rosemary (tips)
- mint (to garnish)
Instruction
- Cook the rice in 800 ml of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain if necessary.
- Fry the meat in a hot pan for 2 min on each side. Add the garlic and the rosemary sprig. Season with salt, ground black pepper and lemon zest and remove the meat from the pan.
- Season the rice with lemon juice and arrange on preheated plates. Place the chops on top of the rice and serve garnished with rosemary tips and mint leaves.
