Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ozs ripe tomatoes (skinned, seeds removed and roughly chopped)
  • 4 Ice
  • 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsps chopped Basil
  • 2 Tbsps chopped Dill
  • 1 red chili pepper (seeds removed and finely sliced; to garnish)
  • 4 Tbsps natural Yogurt (to garnsih)
  • 1 red chili pepper (seeds removed and finely sliced; to garnish)
  • Dill (to garnish)

Instruction

  • Place the tomatoes, ice cubes, herbs and chopped chilli in a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with the yoghurt, sliced chilli and dill fronds.
