Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ cups dried couscous
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup of chopped mixed fresh herbs (mint, parsley and chives)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instruction

  • Combine the couscous and water in a medium pot and cook according to the package directions. Once cooked, let sit for 10 minutes and then fluff with a fork. Toss with all of the herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve alongside the rest of the meal
