Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimps (large, deveined)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425°f.
- Toss shrimp in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- Place the shrimp on a baking sheet and roast until just pink, about 5-8 minutes.
