Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 lb small red-skinned potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until well coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  • Serve the chicken with the potatoes. Drizzle with the pan juices.
