Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 lb small red-skinned potatoes
- 1/2 cup Progresso™ chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until well coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Serve the chicken with the potatoes. Drizzle with the pan juices.
