The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb asparagus
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup Herbed Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Wash asparagus and trim off tough ends.
- Place asparagus on baking sheet and toss with melted butter and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, toss to coat.
- Roast for 7-11 minutes depending on how thick your asparagus is.
