- 4 ounces fresh goat cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Combine goat cheese and sour cream thoroughly with a food processor.
- Transfer to a small bowl and use a rubber spatula to stir in green onions, parsley, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight before serving.
