Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup quick oats (**certified gluten free if required)
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup raw hemp hearts
- ¼ cup ground flax
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch sea salt
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
- Roll into heaping tablespoon-sized balls, wetting hands a bit to get a smooth texture between balls. You could also use a small cookie scoop.
- Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined dish.
- Pop into the freezer for 10-20 minutes to set. Store them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
