Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup quick oats (**certified gluten free if required)
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup raw hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup ground flax
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch sea salt

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  • Roll into heaping tablespoon-sized balls, wetting hands a bit to get a smooth texture between balls. You could also use a small cookie scoop.
  • Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined dish.
  • Pop into the freezer for 10-20 minutes to set. Store them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
