Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 heirloom tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place in a bowl; then add the remaining ingredients. Gently toss to coat; then refrigerate until ready to serve.
