The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rye flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stick (113 g) butter, cold, cubed
- 1/4 cup ice-cold water
- 450 g heirloom tomatoes (more or less)
- 2 Tbsp Parmigiano, grated
- 2 Tbsp Gruyère, grated
- 2 Tbsp evo oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- basil, parsley, thyme
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 small egg + 1 tsp milk beaten together to brush on the border
