Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 container multi-color Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 2-3 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1-2 cups arugula
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instruction

  • In a small lidded jar, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
  • In a large salad bowl, add cherry tomatoes, spinach, and arugula. Drizzle salad dressing over the greens and toss.
