The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 container multi-color Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2-3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1-2 cups arugula
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instruction
- In a small lidded jar, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
- In a large salad bowl, add cherry tomatoes, spinach, and arugula. Drizzle salad dressing over the greens and toss.
