The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • - garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 can(s) tomato sauce, 15 oz
  • 2 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 1/2 pint(s) sour cream
  • 12 ounce(s) egg noodles
  • 1 pound(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • - parsley

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350. In frying pan brown beef and drain.
  • Sprinkle on a little garlic powder over beef.
  • Add sugar, salt, and tomato sauce. Mix it all up in the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl mix sour cream, cream cheese and some onion powder until mixed well.
  • Cook and drain egg noodle as package tells you.
  • Grease a 9X13 baking dish.
  • In baking dish spread half of the noodles.
  • Cover with half of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with half of the mozzarella.
  • Now cover with all the meat sauce from the pan.
  • Put in remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture, and mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle parsley over casserole.
  • Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
