The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- - garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 can(s) tomato sauce, 15 oz
- 2 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 1/2 pint(s) sour cream
- 12 ounce(s) egg noodles
- 1 pound(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- - parsley
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350. In frying pan brown beef and drain.
- Sprinkle on a little garlic powder over beef.
- Add sugar, salt, and tomato sauce. Mix it all up in the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl mix sour cream, cream cheese and some onion powder until mixed well.
- Cook and drain egg noodle as package tells you.
- Grease a 9X13 baking dish.
- In baking dish spread half of the noodles.
- Cover with half of the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with half of the mozzarella.
- Now cover with all the meat sauce from the pan.
- Put in remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture, and mozzarella.
- Sprinkle parsley over casserole.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
