Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 12 slices bacon
- 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Instruction
- Cook bacon and set aside to cool, then crumble.
- Blend together the cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Fold in shredded cheese and green onions and spread in a microwave safe dish.
- Combine crumbled bacon and cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top. Microwave on high until heated through, about 2-3 minutes, depending on microwave wattage.
- Place dish on a hot plate to keep warm and serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers or corn chips.
