Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Instruction

  • Cook bacon and set aside to cool, then crumble.
  • Blend together the cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Fold in shredded cheese and green onions and spread in a microwave safe dish.
  • Combine crumbled bacon and cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top. Microwave on high until heated through, about 2-3 minutes, depending on microwave wattage.
  • Place dish on a hot plate to keep warm and serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers or corn chips.
