Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup all purpose gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 bananas (mashed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs almond butter
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbs raw honey
  • 1 tbs coconut oil (melted)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  • In another mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  • Mix your wet & dry ingredients together until just combined.
  • Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan.
  • Bake 1 hour - 1 hour, 15 minutes, or until turning golden & a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before slicing.
