Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 large carrot
- 6 baby plum tomatoes
- bamboo or plastic skewers
Instruction
- Slice the cucumber and carrot into thick slices, around 1 cm thick.
- Using a small heart shaped cutter, cut hearts from the cucumber and carrot slices.
- Slice a tomato diagonally in half, then spin one of the halves around to turn it into a heart. Repeat with the other tomatoes.
- Carefully thread the carrot, cucumber and tomato hearts onto the skewers to make your vegetable kebabs.
- Serve immediately or pack in a lunch box.
