Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large plain naan bread
  • 1 Tbsp tomato puree
  • handful grated cheese (I used a mix of cheddar & mozzarella)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  • Using a small heart shaped cookie cutter, cut as many heart shaped pizza bases as you can get from the naan bread.
  • Spread a thin layer of tomato puree over each naan heart, then place them all on a baking tray.
  • Sprinkle over the grated cheese (you could also add other toppings if wanted) then bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Leave to cool for a few minutes before serving warm, or cool completely and pack in a lunch box.
