Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10-15 strawberries
  • 2 bars dark chocolate
  • 2-3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp ground coffee beans (optional)

Instruction

  • Using the double-boiler method (above), melt the chocolate, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat once completely melted. Dip strawberries into chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on a sheet of wax paper.
  • Sprinkle with chia seeds (and coffee grounds if desired).
  • Let set at room temperature or in refrigerator. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
