Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can (15-oz cannellini beans, drained and rinsed)
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer to a small bowl and serve alongside crackers, veggie chips or vegetable sticks. Enjoy!
