Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup Oats (toasted and powdered)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 cup Plain flour
- 2 tbsp Walnuts (pecans, optional (crushed))
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instruction
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- In another bowl add eggs, melted butter and milk, mix well.
- Fold in the dry ingredients.
- Add walnuts/pecans (optional)
- Pour batter in preheated and greased waffle iron.
- Cook perfectly till golden.
- Serve with honey or maple syrup or chocolate sauce as per liking.
