Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Oats (toasted and powdered)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (atta)
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Plain flour
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts (pecans, optional (crushed))
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instruction

  • In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • In another bowl add eggs, melted butter and milk, mix well.
  • Fold in the dry ingredients.
  • Add walnuts/pecans (optional)
  • Pour batter in preheated and greased waffle iron.
  • Cook perfectly till golden.
  • Serve with honey or maple syrup or chocolate sauce as per liking.
