Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 ripe frozen bananas (peeled and sliced before freezing)
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 2-3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet stevia
- pinch of salt
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender
- Blend until completely smooth, adding more liquid as needed to thin it out.
- Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
- To make the chocolate rim, melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil over a double boiler.
- Dip the top of your glass into the melted then slightly cooled chocolate, letting it drip down the sides. Add sprinkles, then place in the fridge to set.
- Serve with whipped cream & enjoy!
