Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 ripe frozen bananas (peeled and sliced before freezing)
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 2-3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 packet stevia
  • pinch of salt

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender
  • Blend until completely smooth, adding more liquid as needed to thin it out.
  • Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
  • To make the chocolate rim, melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil over a double boiler.
  • Dip the top of your glass into the melted then slightly cooled chocolate, letting it drip down the sides. Add sprinkles, then place in the fridge to set.
  • Serve with whipped cream & enjoy!
