Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup rolled oats (do not use steel cut oats)
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground ginger or ¼ teaspoon of dried ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instruction
- Put the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Top with vegan whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
