Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup rolled oats (do not use steel cut oats)
  • 2 teaspoons molasses
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground ginger or ¼ teaspoon of dried ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Instruction

  • Put the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Top with vegan whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
