Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 cups chickpeas (cooked or canned)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (approx. half a large lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unrefined coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • sliced melon, pineapple, apple slices, strawberries, banana, grapes, raspberries, blueberries
  • pretzels, marshmallows, cookies, graham crackers

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or the bowl of your food processor and process until smooth.
  • Serve with your favourite fruits or other dippers.
