Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 cups chickpeas (cooked or canned)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (approx. half a large lemon)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons unrefined coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- sliced melon, pineapple, apple slices, strawberries, banana, grapes, raspberries, blueberries
- pretzels, marshmallows, cookies, graham crackers
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or the bowl of your food processor and process until smooth.
- Serve with your favourite fruits or other dippers.
