Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 13.5-oz cans full fat coconut milk ((approx 3 1/3 cups))
  • 1/2 cup regular unsweetened coconut milk (or unsweetened milk of choice )
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and stir until mixed well.
  • Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker. Follow according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
  • Freeze for at least 3-4 hours prior to serving.
