Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 13.5-oz cans full fat coconut milk ((approx 3 1/3 cups))
- 1/2 cup regular unsweetened coconut milk (or unsweetened milk of choice )
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instruction
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and stir until mixed well.
- Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker. Follow according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours prior to serving.
