- 2 carrots (finely chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 6- ounce can tomato paste (unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce (or soy sauce)
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup Vidalia onion or red onion (finely chopped)
