- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons white wine
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt (plus pepper to taste)

- 3⅓ tablespoons butter (1.6oz)
