Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken (poached, rotisserie chicken, or canned)
- 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Green Onions (chopped)
- 3/4 cup Fresh Pineapple (sliced)
- 1/3 cup Almonds
- 1/3 cup Coconut Shreds (optional)
- 1 Orange (sliced (optional))
- 1/4 cup Celery (optional)
Instruction
- In medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and garlic pepper. Stir together until chicken is covered in yogurt.
- Stir in green onions, pineapple, almonds, and optional coconut, oranges and celery.
- Season according to taste.
