Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken (poached, rotisserie chicken, or canned)
  • 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Pineapple (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Almonds
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Shreds (optional)
  • 1 Orange (sliced (optional))
  • 1/4 cup Celery (optional)

Instruction

  • In medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and garlic pepper. Stir together until chicken is covered in yogurt.
  • Stir in green onions, pineapple, almonds, and optional coconut, oranges and celery.
  • Season according to taste.
