Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (full-fat or plant based)
  • 1/4 cup milk (whole, skim or plant based)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries (4-5 strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup pureed strawberries (4-5 strawberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (maple syrup or agave nectar for vegan)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Stir together rolled oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, strawberries, strawberry puree, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight. If you are in a hurry, you can soak the oats for a minimum of 2-3 hours. They will not be as soft though.
  • Add more milk if the oats are too thick and mix well. Top with your favorite toppings and serve.
