Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana (diced)
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp honey (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Sliced banana
  • Cocao nibs
  • Crushed peanuts

Instruction

  • Blend the milk, yogurt, banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, oats, honey and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Pour into bowl.
  • Top the breakfast bowl with sliced bananas, cocao nibs and crushed peanuts. Enjoy!
