Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana (diced)
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp honey (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- Sliced banana
- Cocao nibs
- Crushed peanuts
Instruction
- Blend the milk, yogurt, banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, oats, honey and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Pour into bowl.
- Top the breakfast bowl with sliced bananas, cocao nibs and crushed peanuts. Enjoy!
