Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 tbs Ground Flaxseed
  • ⅓ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ⅓ cup Mashed Banana
  • 2 packets Natural Sweetener
  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • 30g (¼ cup) Oat Flour
  • 30g (¼ cup) Peanut Flour
  • 1 tsp Double-Acting Baking Powder

Instruction

  • In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the flax, almond milk, and mashed bananas, sweetener, and salt.
  • Stir in the oat flour.  Add the peanut flour and stir well, making sure there are no clumps (stir ~1 minute).
  • Last, stir in the baking powder, then pour into a 5" baking dish and microwave for ~5 minutes + 30 seconds. Let cool slightly and dig in!
