- 1 tbs Ground Flaxseed
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- ⅓ cup Mashed Banana
- 2 packets Natural Sweetener
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 30g (¼ cup) Oat Flour
- 30g (¼ cup) Peanut Flour
- 1 tsp Double-Acting Baking Powder
Instruction
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the flax, almond milk, and mashed bananas, sweetener, and salt.
- Stir in the oat flour. Add the peanut flour and stir well, making sure there are no clumps (stir ~1 minute).
- Last, stir in the baking powder, then pour into a 5" baking dish and microwave for ~5 minutes + 30 seconds. Let cool slightly and dig in!
