Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 lb cooked shrimp (small or chopped)
- 3 celery stalks (diced)
- 1 small apple or 1/3 English cucumber (diced)
- 3/4 cup plain (Greek yogurt, 2% fat and higher)
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Ground black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- In a medium bowl, add shrimp, celery, apple, yogurt, mayo, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving.
