Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp (small or chopped)
  • 3 celery stalks (diced)
  • 1 small apple or 1/3 English cucumber (diced)
  • 3/4 cup plain (Greek yogurt, 2% fat and higher)
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, add shrimp, celery, apple, yogurt, mayo, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving.
