Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup cooked whole grains such as steel-cut oats (barley, rice, quinoa, bulgur wheat.)
- 1 cup packed leafy greens
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon tamari sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1/2 of an avocado
Instruction
- Cook the whole grains and eggs.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the olive oil and garlic; cook for a few minutes.
- Add the greens and toss until they begin to wilt and stir in the tamari sauce and turn the heat off.
- Place the whole grains into a bowl, add the greens, avocado and egg.
