Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup cooked whole grains such as steel-cut oats (barley, rice, quinoa, bulgur wheat.)
  • 1 cup packed leafy greens
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon tamari sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1/2 of an avocado

Instruction

  • Cook the whole grains and eggs.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the olive oil and garlic; cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the greens and toss until they begin to wilt and stir in the tamari sauce and turn the heat off.
  • Place the whole grains into a bowl, add the greens, avocado and egg.
