Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 36g (3 tbs) Chia Seeds
- 10g (2 tbs) Unsweetened Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
- 4 packets Natural Sweetener ((I used Truvia))
- pinch of Salt
- ¾ cup + 2 tbs Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 tbs Roasted Beet Puree
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instruction
- In a shaker cup, add the chia seeds, cocoa powder, sweetener and salt. Pour in just a ½ cup of the milk. Cover with the cap and shake vigorously.
- Add the rest of the milk, beet puree, and vanilla extract, and shake again. Pour evenly into jars, seal tightly, and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve and enjoy the next morning!
