Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 125 ml Maple syrup
  • 100 ml Water
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 4 shots Espresso shot
  • 1.5 litre Skimmed milk

Instruction

  • Put all the syrup ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Take off the heat and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes until thickened a little.
  • Add a shot of espresso to each cup and stir in 3 tbsp of syrup.
  • Stir in hot steamed milk and top with cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
