Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 125 ml Maple syrup
- 100 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 4 shots Espresso shot
- 1.5 litre Skimmed milk
Instruction
- Put all the syrup ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Take off the heat and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes until thickened a little.
- Add a shot of espresso to each cup and stir in 3 tbsp of syrup.
- Stir in hot steamed milk and top with cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
