Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 15 ounce chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
  • 1 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 2 medium pear
  • 2 medium apple

Instruction

  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas.  Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
  • Serve with sliced pears and apples.
