Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15 ounce chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
- 1 cup pumpkin, canned
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 2 medium pear
- 2 medium apple
Instruction
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
- Serve with sliced pears and apples.
