Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Raw Honey
  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 3 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 20 ounces dark chocolate chips (melted)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl combine peanut butter, raw honey, oat flour, Vital Protein Collagen Peptides, and vanilla.
  • Use a hand mixer to comine.
  • Set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in microwave by heating in 30 second intervals. Stir well between each. When the chocolate is mostly melted, remove and stir until silky smooth.
  • Line a muffin win with foil liners.
  • Spoon about 3/4 Tbs melted chocolate into each tin
  • Scoop a ball of peanut butter filling out, and flatten into a patty, and press into the chocolate.
  • Spoon additional chocolate over the top
  • Tap muffin tin to even out the chocolate
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes or so to set up the chocolate.
