Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Raw Honey
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 3 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 20 ounces dark chocolate chips (melted)
Instruction
- In a large bowl combine peanut butter, raw honey, oat flour, Vital Protein Collagen Peptides, and vanilla.
- Use a hand mixer to comine.
- Set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in microwave by heating in 30 second intervals. Stir well between each. When the chocolate is mostly melted, remove and stir until silky smooth.
- Line a muffin win with foil liners.
- Spoon about 3/4 Tbs melted chocolate into each tin
- Scoop a ball of peanut butter filling out, and flatten into a patty, and press into the chocolate.
- Spoon additional chocolate over the top
- Tap muffin tin to even out the chocolate
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes or so to set up the chocolate.
