Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup peeled, cubed, and frozen pineapple
  • 1 large banana (peeled, sliced, and frozen )
  • 1 cup chilled Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chilled low-fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Tip – If the fruits are very hard, then thaw them for 10 minutes before blending.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into serving glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges and mint leaves and serve chilled.
