Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup peeled, cubed, and frozen pineapple
- 1 large banana (peeled, sliced, and frozen )
- 1 cup chilled Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chilled low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Tip – If the fruits are very hard, then thaw them for 10 minutes before blending.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into serving glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges and mint leaves and serve chilled.
